Grateful

Oh how I love being a mom! I am so grateful for my two sweet girls.  They bring so much joy to our family everyday!  I can't believe how fast they are growing.  Hadley recently turned 3 and Tess will be 1 this week.  I look back from pictures earlier this summer and can't believe how much they have grown in such a short time.  It makes me sad but at the same time I love it.  Every stage is so fun and I love to see them learn and grow.  They sure keep us on our toes and Hadley keeps us laughing daily with the cute things she says.

Being in the middle of many birthday celebrations always increases my resolve to be better about documenting our lives, our family, and the memories we are making.  I'm going to start being better at writing.  I've definitely got the picture taking down.  I literally had thousands of photos on my phone that I finally dumped on the computer a couple weeks ago.  I'm just going to go for it.  The blogging, the journaling, etc.  It's important to me.  I have lots of back-tracking to do so it will be random but I'm going to get to it.  I want to remember the little things.  The day to day things.  The moments that seem mundane at the time but truly are some of my favorite memories.  I want my girls to have a journal of our family.
